F.A.Q. & SHOP POLICIES

- I ship to most countries across the globe.
- I ship from Melbourne using Australia Post
- I do not offer wholesale
- I do not offer layby, reservations or hold items. First in, literally best dressed!
- I do not offer custom orders or take commissions unless announced on social media or in stock in the shop. Conditions will apply
- Gift wrapping is not available
- If you do not see an item in the shop that you may have seen on social media then it is either not available or it is about to be in the next shop update. Read social media posts carefully to be informed.
- I use the umbrella term "faux leather" to describe all fabrics that are similar in nature to leather but in fact do not contain any animal product. I do not/will not use real leather in my work.
REFUNDS / EXCHANGES
- I take great care in constructing my handmade pieces & I inspect everything before packing it up & shipping it out to you. However, as they are handmade they are not invincible! If for some reason an item is to be found faulty when it arrives, please contact me as soon as possible
- I do not provide refunds or exchanges for change of heart/mind. Sorry!
- I want you to be wearing this stuff to your grave, and with the proper care, you could! Please avoid putting your jewellery through the washing machine!! They don't like to be drowned. Also don't wear it swimming or during a water fight. Or any fight! Avoid spraying perfume directly onto your jewellery. Do not store fabric jewellery in direct sunlight.
- Please allow up to 2 business days for items to be shipped.
- DOMESTIC orders should arrive within 2 - 5 business days after the ship date. INTERNATIONAL orders should be delivered within 5 - 10 business days after the ship date.
- I do not have control over whether or not your parcel gets delayed in customs/sort facilities both within Australia or internationally. So shipping times stated may be longer. Public Holidays also affect shipping times.
- Please contact me as soon as possible if you have any concerns about the whereabouts of your parcel
- Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges may incur and are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what additional costs may be prior to purchasing.
- I will not mark international orders as a "gift" or write a lower value on your customs form. I cannot falsify official documents
- International Customers: Please be advised that you may incur additional duties or taxes depending on your Country of residence & import regulations. Buyer assumes all financial responsibilty. Please contact your local Post Office for more information.
- Please double check the address you provide is correct. Buyer error is not cause for a refund. Review your address fully before submitting your order. If your items are returned to sender, you will need to pay for postage again.
CONTACTING / ORDERS
- The best way to contact me is via the contact page on the website. Please read the FAQs & shop policies in full before contacting.
- In regards to an order, please contact me via the email/receipt you received after purchasing. This will have all of the information I need to answer any questions about your order.
- Please do not contact me via social media. Those inboxes are not monitored regularly & your message may go unseen.
- I only ship via Australia Post. I do not use a courier service and any delivery instructions you may have cannot be passed on.
- All of my fabrics are second-hand. Therefore, they will occasionally have marks, blemishes and/or discolouration. However, I try my best to avoid or fix these things during the making process.
- Necklace chain lengths are listed in the item description. The length listed is final & cannot be changed after purchase unless the listing states "can be made to your custom length". If you do not contact me with your custom length request within 24hrs, the default length will be assumed.
- If you wish to purchase multiple items, please make sure you purchase them together in one transaction so that shipping cost can be accurately calculated. If you do not purchase items together, they will be treated as separate orders. If you have already made a purchase & wish to add items, please contact me first to see if this can be arranged.
- Discount codes can only be applied at point of sale and failure to do so is your own fault. Differences cannot be refunded.
